The red wine »Krähenberg« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Elderberry pulp, black pepper and juniper on the nose, rather dark and earthy, less focussed on fragrance. On the palate, the Krähenberg is still incredibly young, a little characterised by sour cherry yoghurt, fine wood, vivid tannins, lots of power - and definitely certain ageing potential.
