Tasting Notes
Fresh apricot, cardamom, citrus and peppery undertones. Well-balanced on the palate, a layer of suppleness but also nerve, juice, substance, nothing dominates and everything is in its place. Lots of mineral tension and a finish full of juicy elegance, but all well-sustained. Finally the mineral extract and tactile components tighten up, and there is delicate sweet fruit on the finish.
