Tasting Notes
This duo of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc shows mineral notes on the nose along with ripe melon and quince jelly. There's a soft acidity on the palate which is somewhat broad-shouldered, and picks up a fine chalky minerality of the bouquet again in the finish.
