Intensely smoky wood tone, smoked bacon, sour cherry notes behind it. Carefully extracted on the palate, crumbly, grainy tannins in medium-deep quantities, light green components, good juicing, less wood influence on the palate than in the fragrance, delicate extract sweetness.
