Tasting from 23.04.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Citrus fruit and herbal spice, some yeast. Brilliant acidity, fine interplay, a racy-fresh palate, the intensity (and aromatic tint) of the fruit makes it lean towards a Spätlese, but in the compact slenderness of the concentration it is still typical of a Kabinett.
