The red wine »Kreation Nero« Rotwein trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Bernhard Ellwanger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , Lemberger, Merlot, Spätburgunder, Zweigelt, Syrah, Schwarzriesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Wild berries and some pine honey, molasses, also a hint of pepper and paprika. On the palate, the wine shows an impressive dose of fine-grained, fresh tannins, firmly gripping, accompanied by good, still youthful fruit. Fresh, exciting and complex. Certain ageing potential.
