Juicy and gripping on the palate with a beautiful interplay of sweetness-acidity and spice, melting with good fullness, compact and elegant at the same time, good length, lots of wine!
More about the tastingReductive aromas of smoke, gunpowder, subtle white pepper, followed by varietal green apple, white peach, Mirabelle plum, lots of herbal savouriness, clover and rocket. Lively and juicy on the palate, with yellow fruit carried by sweetness, texture and savouriness hand in hand. Ripe, well-integrated acidity and good length.
