The white wine »Grande Reserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Bietighöfer has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Initially an almost discreet scent of apricot, peach and lemon zest. On the palate, there is a complex aroma of elderflower, young apple, pineapple and a light minerality. Very well balanced by tangy acidity with a good finish.
