The red wine »Réserve« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bischel has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Medium ruby colour, notes of cranberry, wood savouriness, ripe raspberry, black cherry and also something earthy. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, ripe tannins, fine aromas of fresh strawberry, cranberry juice with ideally balanced acidity and a good finish. Already drinking well and with certain ageing potential.
