The white wine Appenheim Hundertgulden Riesling GG, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bischel has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Initially subtle on the nose, followed by a complex bouquet of ripe yellow apple, pear skin, lime peel, rock powder and blackcurrant. Lots of extract on the palate, dense, balanced by good acidity. The finish is clear and persistent.
