Apple peel, lemon balm, Mirabelle plum, pear and almond on the nose, with delicate smoke. Gripping on the palate, good tension, lots of dynamism, sweet apple, delicate vanilla, later fine minerality and lime savouriness, grippy and densely woven, harmoniously balanced, good length.
