The white wine »Breitengrad 51« Höhnstedt Kreisberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Born has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points.
On the nose: lime, smoky tones and nettle. In the mouth the wine is very dense, in the middle of the palate it is dry and phenolic, but also with a supple counterbalance. The good mineral definition also gives tension to the wine in its aromatic and supple length. Has potential!
