Has fermented spontaneously for a year and a half, to an alcohol content of 14.7% by volume. Somewhat marc-like in aroma, asparagus, savoury notes, also damp sand, smoky. On the palate the wine is creamy, full and rich, with perfectly integrated acidity, smoothness and a ripe floral aroma on the finish, the alcohol is integrated, fruit concentration determines the finish.
