Tasting Notes
On the nose, aromas of subtle new oak behind closed herbal notes and wet stones. Air contact revealing red pepper and juniper. There is a firm tannic impression on the palate, the smooth structure and soft acidity tightly interwoven. A Pinot Noir with great volume and plenty of character with a delicately mineral tone.
More about the tastingLaurel, juniper, clove, heart cherry. Soft attack, crumbly, yet pressure-generating tannins of slightly clinging quality, dense and spicy in the mid-palate, with a fine acid backbone and strong mineral notes. Still has a lot of potential.
