Concentrated and dense on the nose, yeasty notes of apple skin, fresh bread dough, pear pulp, yellow curry powder, nutty hints. Dense and very elegant on the palate, all of a piece, juicy fruit, fine savouriness, texture and fresh acidity, lean and mouth-filling, lots of wine.
