Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Attractive aromas of yellow tropical fruits such as passion fruit and papaya, with hints of blossom honey and mineral notes. Very intense and tightly meshed on the palate with white fruit nuances and lively acidity with elegance and finesse. A long and fruity finish despite its youth, but would benefit from a few years of ageing.
