Concentrated and fine aroma, subtle fruit rather on the spicy side, green apple, crunchy pears, renegade, fresh bread crust, bouquet of herbs. Lean and straightforward flow on the palate with a supple base, good substance, citrus fruit, close-fitting fresh acidity, spicy, mineral finish.
