Clear fruit opens the nose, pear, red apple, with air herbal aromas join in, thyme, fresh laurel. Fresh on the palate with a good balance of fruit carried by subtle sweetness, good acidity and distinctive spice, slender in structure with good extract, harmonious and animating drinking flow.
