Tasting Notes
Fresh and fruity with rosehips, notes of wood and ripe fruit. Nougat. Fine textures at the onset lead into an increasingly grainy tannic drive, embedded in a maturing and creamy body, a rather mild acidity, mineral and juicy.
More about the tastingClosed with some slate spice, leather, red berries - but everything only in hints. Just as closed on the palate, crumbly, grainy tannins, mild acidity, good fullness, broad, but integrating the alcohol well, with mineral undertones at the end.
