Tasting Notes
Small red berries, shy nougat notions, and cloves, bay leaf, mineral nuances. On the palate, juicy, filigree, and sinewy, typical of the vintage, but quite elegant, destined for a culinary purpose in its restrained extraction, intense tactile-minerality and not defined by its power. A very sophisticated style of wine!
More about the tastingSlate spice notes, dried meat and red berries on the nose. In the mouth it's silky and full, feeling very vivid despite the soft base thanks to ripe acidity as well as a fruit-led finish of good length. Pronounced tactile-mineral texture, it's persistent and dense.
More about the tastingHerbal-spicy menthol, with aeration, the entire spectrum of earthy, fleshy and fruity tones unfolds. Lots of juice and extract, warming alcohol, the tannins are present but finely polished, all in all still closed with lots of potential.
