The sweet and dessert wine Maximin Herrenberg Riesling Auslese, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Carl Loewen has been rated in 2016 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Moselle in Germany.
It is as clear on the nose as the light on Sylt with notes of mandarin, mango and pineapple. The sequence of fine acidity, intense fruit sweetness and creaminess is so dense that the tongue is in demand everywhere. It does not give way.
