Very savoury aroma: fir honey, concentrated, dried figs, ripe apricot and dried pear, a touch of mint. On the palate, lively acidity, flowing, dense, dried fruit, tightly woven, whilst remaining elegant. The wine has mineral underpinnings, enormous length and great ageing potential.
