The red wine »Rouge de Schulz Nr.1« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Chat Sauvage has been rated in 2018 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Blackberry, cassis and dark raspberry on the palate. Intense and concentrated flavours seem to be light and almost suspended in the rich, almost oily elixir of fruit. A fine thread of acidity, mineral notes and subtle use of wood. Enormous ageing potential.
