Tasting Notes
Cassis and slate, thoroughly mineral on the nose, subtle oak with cinnamon notes. Creamy on the palate, soft and plump, with a certain breadth of structure, ripe acidity, mellow, dry tannins, somewhat mineral in undertones. The minerality carries the structure more than the acidity, the structural length is excellent. A wine with tension and structure - and great certain ageing potential.
