The red wine »Le Schulz« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Chat Sauvage has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Spicy, graphite, mint, complex, with some promise for the future. Shows enormous density and concentration on the thumb, a large amount of fine-grained tannin, still in reserve, self-confident, skilfully woven acidity. Made for decades.
