Tasting Notes
Toasty new wood brings tarry notes to the nose, alongside elderberry pulp and a yeasty touch. In the mouth there's a a slightly viscous base, mild acidity and mellow tannins. It's very mineral, but also plump and with a hefty alcohol kick that combined with ripe fruit makes for a powerful wine. Will amalgamate with time once grown up.
