The white wine »Clos de Schulz« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Chat Sauvage has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The only white wine in the Schulz and Schöttle collection, this Chardonnay has very ripe fruit aromas on the nose, with almond, ripe pear, a little banana, plus a subtle touch of oak. On the palate the fruit remains ripe and generous, but it also has a nice acidic element.
