Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, the nose is characterised by wood ageing, savoury, some incense, roasted chestnuts, ripe pears and also renegades. Powerful on the palate with a firm structure and quite precise acidity, dense, ripe phenolics, some caramel, mineral.
More about the tastingA light golden yellow in colour. Very fruity on the nose: tangerine, apricot, honeydew melon and a touch of wood. The palate is tightly structured with firm acidity, subtle phenolics and a concentrated, still youthful and compact finish. Good substance, restrained use of wood and good ageing potential.
