It has a medium carmine colour, with purple reflections, and a broad ochre rim. There are lovely red berry nuances, preserved red cherry, a floral touch, and a delicate savouriness in the background, it is an inviting nose. It is juicy, fresh, and characterized by a nice fruit sweetness, with ripe tannins, and some minerality. It is Burgundian in style, and is a a subtle representative of the variety. It is persistent on the palate, has great youthfulness, and has further certain ageing potential.
