Cloudy, onion skin color with amber reflections. Very spicy nose with fermented notes, pine wood, rose bell pepper, allspice and juniper ham, plus dried pineapple. Dry, with juicy, moderately fresh acidity. Fine-grained, very well-integrated tannins. Hints of nuts, nougat, cherry stone and grape seed on the palate, with a subtle, animating bitter note.
