Tasting Notes
Closed but tidy aroma: with some blackcurrant, elderflower and notes of freshly cooked stewed apple. Good use of wood: almost imperceptible, but enriching the structure. Silky palate, ripe acidity, good fullness: halfway to powerful, but then again with finesse and elegance. Good length, very good certain ageing potential.
