Tasting Notes
Smoky, yeasty, flinty, leesy notes. On the palate very good density, fine phenolics and taut acidity are cohesive, a Pinot Blanc with juiciness and raciness, which has translated the warm vintage into something with great tension and plenty of smoothness. Strong textured minerality on the finish.
More about the tastingSome woody notes with subtle coconut macaroon nuances and hints of fruity pear, ripe but not loud. Enormously viscous on the palate, dense glycerine, but still with sufficient tension and aromatic almond, acacia blossom nuances. A noticeably ripe vintage with grip.
