The white wine »Bunter Burgunder« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Disibodenberg has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Very cloudy and full bodied, bronze to reddish golden. Apple and sherry notes on the nose, but with increasing air contact also almost fresh fruity berry tones. On the palate it shows with tannins in a state of initial mellowing through bottle ageing, supple layers, but also a slight sharpness despite rather mild acidity, maceration-toned, distinctly delicately bitter finish. Has two sides.
