Still almost closed on the nose. Smoky terroir tones dominate. In the mouth, the wine begins fresh and carbonated, then a powerful dose of palate-rubbing monoterpenes unfolds. There is a lot of underlying extract that, along with acidity, dominate the sweetness (which in turn provides volume and length). An ideal type!
