Tasting Notes
The nose is reminiscent of the crushed rock aromas of the Felsenberg. There are also hints of fruit: some orange, blood orange, mango. On the palate, the wine has a crisp structure, taut, with pithy acidity, but also with a terpene-supported, full-bodied background. And a touch more sweetness on the finish than the Niederhäuser Ortswein.
