Pale golden yellow. Yeasty, savoury, floral and buttery aromas. On the palate, full and supple with a hint of oiliness and seamlessly integrated firm acidity, balancing the body. The mousse begins dynamically, then becomes softer. A full-bodied, sparkling wine.
