Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

"Every wine tells its own story, you just have to listen carefully," says Johannes Dreher. The "Element #1.1" has a lot to tell: red-orange, very intense aroma of rum-raisins, rosehip, acacia honey, very ripe apricot and blood orange. A Pinot Gris that explores the boundaries, powerful, also in the alcohol, which is well integrated like the residual sweetness. Very individualistic.
