The aroma will irritate conventional wine drinkers with aromas of gunpowder, marzipan, also a bit of musty apple, honey, quite offensive. Lean and taut on the palate, with an amazing dynamism for a Silvaner, unconventional in all areas, salty on the palate, tart apple, marinated in a little vinegar.
