Bright, pale straw yellow. Elegant use of oak on the nose, accompanied by white pepper and yellow stone fruit, a hint of yellow bell pepper and white blossom. Citrus, too. Juicy and straightforward on the palate, with fine texture and delicate creaminess. Minimal use of oak and good ageing potential.
