Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aniseed, fresh yellow tropical fruit, hints of mango, papaya and a hint of mandarin zest. Medium body palate with fine apricot and fine acidity. Mineral and persistent, the wine is a multi-faceted food companion.
