The red wine »Meisterstück« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Emil Bauer und Söhne has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo, Petit Verdot from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Rich ruby red. Accentuated aromas of clove, dark plum, cassis, tomato leaf and ripe cherry. On the palate, the ripe acidity balances the intense fruit aromas, but graphite and some vanilla are also vivid, ripe tannins and a good finish.
