The red wine »Servator« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Emil Bauer und Söhne has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nebbiolo, Barbera from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
This 'servant' drink taps invitingly on the nose. Herbaceous, fine roasted aromas, a walk through Nordic pine forests. Somewhat ethereal. Complex on the palate, with a smoky component and tannins and can therefore also be enjoyed in later years.
