The red wine »Servator« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Emil Bauer und Söhne has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nebbiolo, Barbera from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
"Cool" and spiced on the nose: allspice, aniseed, black cherry and rosehip. The structure on the palate is somewhat more well-behaved than the aroma, and the tannin profile is already ripe and round. A lively acidity complements the dark red fruit, and rose petal and cranberry can also be tasted in the attractive finish.
