Dark amber. Aroma of caramel, dried apricot and dark forest honey, a hint of tar: matured with dignity. Opulent sweetness on the palate with lively acidity, plum confit, some Rumtopf (rum pot) and pickled cherry. Very powerful and long, impressive.
