Bright medium yellow-green colour, silver reflections. Inviting ripe yellow tropical fruit aromas, delicate herbal notes, some lychee, citrus zest. Juicy, white apple fruit, lively acidity structure, mineral and persistent, lime on the finish, lingers, a finesse-rich food companion that still has plenty of life left in it.
