Pale lemon with hints of green and silver reflections. Fine toasty aromas, a subtle touch of flint, hints of nougat, delicate orange and peach – altogether a very inviting bouquet. Taut and tightly meshed, it offers a very elegant texture with subtle wood spice at the core and a salty finish. Displaying tremendous finesse and a great length with echoes of ripe lemon, it has good ageing potential.
