Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate white nougat, a hint of caramel, fresh white apple and delicate hints of peach: an attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, ripe yellow fruit, subtle hints of mango and pineapple, finesse-rich acidity and a mineral-salty finish. Already well developed, a great food wine with definite ageing potential.
