Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Intensely fragrant: vineyard peach, sweet orange confit and a hint of mint. On the palate, the juiciness of the wine is pleasing, the interplay of sweetness and acidity with measured but quite noticeable sweetness provides contrast and tension, a pinch of carbonic acid refreshes. On the finish, a tactile mineral component reinforces the impression of piquancy.
