Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. Already on the nose it is clear there is some residual sugar (12 gr) in this monumental Riesling, between aromas of blossom honey, ripe peach, and a touch of candied tangerine there is also botrytis spice and nuances of dried fruit. The palate is full bodied, rich in acidity and minerality, with notes of sweet apricot, stone fruit, passion fruit and yellow tropical fruit. Overall, a nice chunk of Riesling for lovers of baroque charms, the wine develops extremely well with aeration, and now after 15 years has become a feast for the senses.
