The white wine Riesling Eiswein, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Familie Rauen has been rated in 2017 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
A fragrant bouquet of lemon, pink grapefruit, nutmeg as well as a dash of raisins - very pure and multi-layered. On the palate, an almost electrifying acidity kick, highly concentrated, a lovely interplay of substance and sweetness marked by impeccable freshness, penetrating with length. An excellent ice wine.
